The development finance lender also completed eight new deals and paid out valuations to 63 SME property developers and builders during the month.
It reported that seven of its clients had successfully repaid loans last month and the team is continuing to visit new sites to help both new and existing clients.

“We are still seeing very positive levels of demand for development finance,” said Phil Derbyshire, managing director at Goldentree.
“We have focused on staying consistent with our appetite and sticking to the key lending principals that have always served us well, both in smooth waters and more turbulent times.
“Having our own in-house lawyers and surveyors has been important — it has enabled us to keep doing deals quite simply and quickly.”
